Update the email used to retrieve this purchase. All activation codes, product access, and expiry dates stay the same.

Reason for change

I checked the buyer’s purchase and confirmed the corrected address.

The old email will stop working for receipt or transaction lookups. This changes central recovery only; app sign-in accounts are managed separately. No email is sent automatically. After saving, use “Email access details” to send the existing codes.

Deactivate this licence?

The buyer will lose access to the planner on their connected devices. You can reactivate the licence later.
